Our 100% Arabica coffees are sourced from some of the finest micro growing climates across the globe. Each bean is carefuly examined for its overall quality and consistency in both the growing and milling process. Once selected, our team of coffee experts perform critical quality control measures to ensure the coffee conforms to our rigorous standards. We then roast each coffee in small batches to achieve a taste profile that is in line with the coffees true cup character.
The roasting plant is a sustainable facility, certified by the following internationally accredited agencies: (OCIA) Organic Crop Improvement Agency, (Transfair) Fair Trade, (Utz Certified) Certified Responsible, (Rainforest Alliance) Rainforest Alliance, (SMBC) Smithsonian Bird Friendly and (SWP) Swiss Water Processed. Furthermore, this facility has taken major steps towards becoming completely Carbon Neutral.
